- We are well aware of the fact that your Africa Holiday is a once in a life time experience, therefore we take it as our duty to make it the most memorable holiday you will ever have, our consultants will treat your enquiry with absolute care and urgency taking into consideration your expectations, budget and needs.
 
- Although you will find some special packages and special rates on our pages, you will need to check with us if you qualify for even more special rates or last minute booking's specials as we are often asked not to publish some of the hotels / lodges VS (very special) rates on our pages due to confidentiality issues with third party tour operators. .
 
- Please use the search bar on our home page as the website include a big variety of hotels/lodges/guest houses/packages....etc and we can not include everything on the home page, however for your convenience we have included some links on the main page to help you deciding where to stay and when to travel.

- The earlier you book your holiday and make full payment, the more savings you will have as the currency fluctuates on daily basis and some of the hotels/lodges increase their rate during the running season.

- We have included most of the hotels/lodges, which we have negotiated special rates with, however if you would like a specific hotel/lodge which is not included on our pages we will gladly book it for you.

- We only use hotels/lodges/transport suppliers/guides who we fully trust and who comply with our standards of integrity & services excellence.

- We would like to keep in touch with our clients through our Newsletter and future promotions, if you would like to stay in touch with Africa and the specials we negotiate from time to time, kindly supply us with your e-mail address, as we do not support spam mail in any form.

- During the low season (it varies from country to country) hotels and lodges drop their rates dramatically and run special promotions from time to time, please check if you qualify for those rates, moreover some of the hotels/lodges offer last minute booking discounts, please check with our consultant if you qualify..
